Well it seems that I am already behind with my weekly plan. Things change and happen all the time and it can quickly start to interrupt any plans that you have in place. Two days ago I was meant to write another article on this blog about how I would be making money and what my monthly targets where etc.
That evening things changed so quickly that it all went downhill from there. First we get a surprise visit from several friends who needed entertaining and later on in the evening I had to go back to work to do a late shift which saw me gone until today! I can see now why Kelly (Kelly Stone) has got so frustrated before now when people who know she works from home just turn up in the day to have ‘coffee’!
Anyway, this has also meant that I have not yet had time to really go through all the material that I have been sent to get on with. I do know that my plan of action is getting clearer by the minute - I’m even starting to look forward to the coming weeks
My own personal thoughts were to make sure that people were coming here and reading the blog but it seems that this was a little premature on my part. First off I need to get content on the blog and really concentrate on having something here for readers to see.
At the moment there are only two posts and this is just not enough to keep people interested and coming back to see more. Content it is then!
My plan over the next day or so is to find out how to get some really good content ideas down and then start to get them done. I can sit and think about it all day long but that wont get anything done - it’s time to jump in and start taking some serious action.
Next week I have more time at home and can really start to get some work done, at the moment I feel that I am trying to do get through the center of a mountain with only a spoon to dig with!

It seems that this would be my first post! My name is Andy Stone and you can read about why this blog has started by reading the about me page. This way you can see why this experiment is happening.
I’m sure that those of you who have found your way here are from my wife’s blog Kelly Stone. I have agreed to become the test study for her in order to quit my 9-5 and replace that income with her help. The past week or so I have been reading about blogging using the blog with success videos and tutorials. Without them I would have been in a bit of a mess.
On Friday night, Kelly informed me that I had to sit down and make a plan of my week. The hours I would be working my ‘regular’ job and when I was needed as a taxi driver for the children etc. Once this was done I then had to work out what my plan of action would be for this week.
- How many hours I would invest in this blog
- What my short term goals are
- What my long term goals are
- How I am going to get there
- What I am going to be doing this week
etc etc.
This sounded quite easy but I can tell you now that this was not the case. When you break down your week it soon becomes clear how many commitments you actually have. To be honest, I got a little stressed out with this, I’m not too sure how I am going to get to where I want to be and I’m suffering from information overload!
My weekly plan is done and I’m on target (just  ) with this post. I know what I am going to be doing this week and what I need to learn. I’ll be posting about this tonight. Where I start to get a little stuck is where I want to be in the next month or two, then the next six months to a year.
Apparently this is common when you start out and Kelly has been quick to assure me that this is caused from the information overload. I want to believe that I can quit working in six months time but as for how I am going to do it from one blog is a little beyond me. One blog and lots of hard work can bring in an income? I guess we are about to find out
